Shipping / Returns Policy for

Please note that the following page outlines our shipping and returns policy and also our product guarantee as of/from July 2012.

1. All of our listed products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. We try to ship all orders on the day of purchase if the order is placed before 4pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day  Weekend orders are dispatched on a Monday.

3. Buyers can return the item within 7 days of purchase and a full refund will be given. This is conditional on the following :-

    a) The item has not been opened and used at all.
    b) The item packaging has not been damaged in any way including any seals being broken.

    If the item is returned within 7 days and is actually damaged in any way including packaging - no refund will be given - and the customer must arrange collection of the item from us.

    No refund for the cost of postage will be given in the event of an item being returned unopened and undamaged within 7 days of purchase.

4. Customers can return faulty items within 12 months for a replacement.

    a) Should the item be faulty due to manufacturing then a replacement will be sent and the cost of returning the item to us will be refunded to the customer. Where no replacement dash cam is available a refund will be given, along with the cost of returning the item to us.
    b) If the item is deemed faulty due to incorrect useage or accidental damage, then no replacement or refund will be given - the customer will then arrange collection of the item from us.
